On this page you will find answers to all your questions regarding ordering, delivery and returns.

ORDER

How will my order be delivered?

All orders placed on the Initio-clothing webshop are delivered by PostNL. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email after the order has been presented to PostNL from our warehouse. This email also contains the track & trace code, so that you can track your order. You can also find out what time your order will be delivered to your shipping address via the code.
 
When do I receive my order?

When you order before 16:00, your order will be delivered the next working day. In exceptional cases, your package may be delayed. In that case you can always contact us. Contact Form
 
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

No. Due to our ordered today delivered tomorrow guarantee, it is unfortunately not possible to change your address details. Your order will be packed and shipped within 30 minutes.
 
Can I change my order?

No. After you have placed an order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it.
 
Can I reserve an item?

No. This is not possible.
 
How do I know if my order has been accepted?

As soon as your order has arrived at Initio-clothing, you will receive an email with all order details.
 
What is the current status of my order?

When your order has been registered for shipment, you will receive an email with the shipping details.
 
I have not received a confirmation of receipt, order confirmation or delivery notification by e-mail, what should I do?

In this case, it is best to contact the customer service of Initio-clothing.

 

DELIVERY

What are the shipping costs?

Every order is shipped for free from € 50.00. Below € 50.00 the shipping costs are € 6.95.

How can I track my order?

After the order has been registered with PostNL, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the order via the PostNL website.
 
Can I have the order delivered to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process you have the option to specify a different shipping address, different from the billing address.
 
My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

It rarely happens that an order is not delivered. Unfortunately, this may be the case in some cases. If there are any problems (and you have received a track & trace code), you can contact PostNL via this page. If you have not received your order after a week, please contact Initio-clothing customer service.

 

RETURN

Within what time can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days after shipment, after which this is unfortunately not possible (unless the problem is covered by the warranty).
 
How can I return my order?

We will refund your money or exchange your product when the following conditions are met:
Send an e-mail to info@initio-clothing.nl quoting your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
The request must be submitted within 14 days of the date of submission.
The items will be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, in the original packaging material and with all accessories included.
After the return has been approved by our customer service, we will send you a shipping label with which you can return your order free of charge. We only charge a shipping and handling fee of €6.95 if your return has a value of less than €50. If you have any questions, you can always contact customer service.
 
Will I get my money back if I return a product?

Of course you will get your money back when you return your product. However, for a return shipment with a value of less than € 50, a shipping and processing fee of € 6.95 will be charged. This amount is automatically deducted from the amount due. If the products do not meet the requirements for returns, the products will be returned to the customer (where the shipping costs are also for the customer). Are you not sure whether your products (still) meet the requirements? Feel free to send an email to our customer service.
 
How and within what time will I get my money refunded?

The returned products will be checked by us after arrival at the warehouse. If everything is in order and all requirements have been met, we will transfer the amount to you within 14 days. Any costs (shipping and processing fee, damage or missing parts) will be deducted from the total amount.
